Customer service Agent
Main Functions
The customer Care Representative will work as part of a young & dynamic team in the Customer Service department an as well, with other services in the company.
The candidate will interface with our Customers, Suppliers, Representatives and other business partners. We are seeking someone with a “can do” attitude who
takes “ownership” for the task at hand. The ideal candidate will possess a tenacity that will focus on getting the job done accurately every time. Work schedule is
from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime required. Manage the complete order fulfillment process. Answer incoming telephone calls and
emails. Open work orders in the computer while communicating online with the customer. Schedule technicians / Bell for work to be done. Follow up with the
technicians / Bell until the work is completed.
Requirements and working conditions
Education: Collegial (Attestation) or DEC degree completed
Years of experience related to the job offer: 3 to 5 years experience
Language(s) asked for: Very good knowledge of French and English
Number of hours per week: 40 hrs
Salary offered: to be discussed according to experience
Various terms: Benefices Group Insurance

Description of qualifications
Fluently bilingual, English & French with an excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and in writing, in
both languages. Minimum 3 years of telecommunication experience. Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) . Have the knowledge of the Telco
lines and portability of telephone numbers. Have the knowledge of the terminology and understanding of business lines. Work in the past with nationals accounts.
Ability to be organized, detailed, and process oriented. Being at ease to communicate and understand the needs of business customers and active retirees living
in residential properties. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize emergencies. Have initiative, creativity and be opening minded to changes. Knowledge in a
similar position will be considered.
